Processing and Delivery Times
ACHIQ Designs Inc. will process, ship and deliver all orders during business days/hours, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Please allow at least one day for order processing. Order processing includes item selection, handling, packaging and shipping. When orders are placed after 2:00 PM (EST), processing will begin the following business day.
Each item in your order will be individually wrapped in our signature ACHIQ Designs packaging. Included in each gift box will be a polishing cloth and care instructions.
A signature upon delivery of packages are required. To access fast checkout, and share your wish list, register at www.achiqdesigns.com . Registered users will be sent updates via email regarded their order status, including when items have been shipped.
Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may re-quest information via email or by calling a customer service representative at 203-250-9979. Please have the order confirmation number prepared so we can respond more quickly and accurately.
Complimentary 3-5 Day Shipping
Complimentary 3-5 business day shipping will be automatically applied during checkout on orders over $500 – no code required. Offer only applies on shipping to continental U.S., Alaskan and Hawaiian achiqdesigns.com orders. In-store purchases or out-of-stock items do not qualify for free shipping.
If an item is not in stock or can’t be shipped in a 3-5 day time period, an ACHIQ Designs customer service specialist will notify you at the time your order is received. The customer service representative will contact you with the expected delivery date, in which you will have the option of ordering or canceling the item. Please consider that out of stock items and special orders may take 4 to 6 weeks to ship.
Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $35.
