RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In order to satisfy our customers, we would like to make every purchase as painless as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a full refund, exchange, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, except cash sales, which will be mailed a check within 14 days of the return. Additionally, gifts will be issued merchandise credit for the full value of the merchandise when accompanied by a gift receipt. Custom orders cannot be returned and deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.

Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Returned merchan-dise should also include the original packaging and undamaged tags.

Returns by Mail
To return your order via post, please follow these instructions:

  1. Fill out the return document in your original package, indicating the item(s) and your reason for return
  2. Pack all item(s) in their original condition, in protective plastic or tissue paper
  3. Attach the included prepaid shipping label to either the original, or similarly sturdy box
  4. Ensure the box is free of additional labels or text
  5. Securely and fully seal with shipping tape

To process returns, please allow up to 14 days. Once your return has been processed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card.

Exchanges by Mail
To make an exchange through the post, please follow these instructions:

  1. Fill out the return document in your original package, with tags, indicating the item(s) and your reason for return
  2. Include the name of the replacement/exchange piece and the ACHIQDesigns# located on the site
  3. If the new item exceeds the original cost, include payment information
  4. Pack all item(s) in their original condition, in protective plastic or tissue paper
  5. Attach the included prepaid shipping label* to the original, or similarly durable box
  6. Ensure the box is free of additional labels or text
  7. Securely and fully seal with shipping tape

*If the prepaid label is lost, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
